These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the AI Tools platform at tools.acumen-intelligence.com (the "Service"), operated by Acumen Intelligence LLC ("Acumen Intelligence," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility and accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account. Each account is for use by one person.

Subscriptions and billing

New accounts get a 7-day free trial with full access. After the trial, free accounts are limited to one new conversation per day; the Pro plan ($9/month, or a discounted annual rate) removes that limit. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You can cancel at any time through the billing portal to stop future renewals — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and we do not provide partial or prorated refunds for time already paid for.

Acceptable use

You agree not to: circumvent or abuse rate limits or usage caps; use the Service to generate or distribute illegal, infringing, or abusive content; attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its underlying systems; or resell or sublicense access to the Service without our permission.

AI-generated content

Responses generated by the Service's AI tools may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your specific purpose. You're responsible for reviewing and verifying any AI-generated output before relying on it. Nothing produced by the Service constitutes professional, legal, financial, or medical advice.

Intellectual property

You retain ownership of the content you submit to the Service, including your prompts and conversation content. We retain all rights to the Service itself — its software, design, tool definitions, and prompt library content — except where a prompt is explicitly provided for your own reuse.

Suggest an Idea submissions

Submitting an idea through the Service does not guarantee it will be implemented, nor does it grant you exclusivity over that idea. If we grant you "Contributor Access" to a feature you suggested, that access applies only to the specific linked feature, is granted at our discretion, and may be revoked at any time.

Termination

You may cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, including abuse of rate limits or acceptable-use violations.

Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any AI-generated output will be accurate or fit for a particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Acumen Intelligence LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including reliance on AI-generated output.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
