The short version

Tools stores only what the features you use need, and AI features send your prompt to an AI provider to get an answer. The full detail is in our Privacy Policy.

What stays in your browser

The Data Quality Profiler reads, profiles and cleans your spreadsheet entirely in your browser. The file itself is never uploaded. Only the summary you explicitly choose to send for an AI explanation, with sensitive values masked, leaves your device.

What we store

• Your account: your name and email, linked to your Acumen account (one sign-in shared with Acumen Trust).
• Your work: conversations, saved projects, prompts you save, and Time & Billing records such as clients, time entries and invoices.
• Usage: a log of AI calls (which tool, model and token counts) used to enforce limits and plan costs.

Who handles it for us

Cloudflare hosts and stores the data. WorkOS handles sign-in. AI providers answer your prompts. Stripe handles card payments, and we never see your full card details. Resend sends our emails.

Your choices

You can delete saved analyses and conversations in the app. To close your account or have data removed, contact us.
