Draft a clear, bias-checked job description from a rough role summary.
Use when opening a new role and you want a strong first draft that avoids common job-post pitfalls (vague responsibilities, inflated requirements, exclusionary language).
Size, remote/in-person, culture notes
I need a job description for a {role_title} role. Key responsibilities: {responsibilities}. Must-have qualifications: {must_haves}. Nice-to-haves: {nice_to_haves}. Team/company context: {company_context}.
Write a job description with: a compelling opening paragraph, a responsibilities section (5-7 bullet points, action-oriented), a qualifications section split into required vs. preferred, and a brief note on our culture/values if I described any. Flag any requirement that seems unnecessarily restrictive (e.g. a specific degree for a skill that could be demonstrated another way) and suggest an alternative phrasing.List must-haves you'd actually reject a candidate for lacking — separating them from nice-to-haves keeps the post from scaring off qualified people with an inflated wishlist.
